Air suction nozzle to realize energy-saving soil steaming

Characteristics and Advantages
Since the air suction effect generated by steam pressure can inflate the covering sheet quickly, uneven rise of the soil temperature can be avoided, enabling the steaming time to be shortened. We could achieve about 30% time reduction in the test conducted in our farmland.
Procedures
- 1Connect the light hose for steam discharge and the air suction nozzle, leaving only the air inlet part out of the covering sheet. (Please see the photos below.)
*Connecting method is the same as the conventional L-shape nozzle.
Once steaming started, the negative pressure caused by the steam flow draws the outside air from the air inlet, which inflates the covering sheet like a dome along with the steam in about 20 minutes. - 2When the covering sheet swells like a dome, leave it as it is until steam starts to leak from the air inlet (for about 10 to 20 minutes). Then, cover the whole air suction nozzle with the covering sheet.
